"Uno storico chiosco di Bagno di Romagna dove fanno una della piadina più buona in assoluto. Fanno tutto loro, niente di industriale, impasto bello alto e soffice, farcitura ricchissima e con ingredienti di prima scelta. Una piadina classica è crudo, pecorino e pomodori. I gestori sono di una gentilezza unica. Da provare anche i tortelli alla lastra e la spuma bionda. Grazie"
